We're constantly seeking ways to enhance our smoothie blends with premium ingredients, and our green smoothie with collagen is the latest.
Drawing inspiration from Erewhon's iconic green smoothie, which is jam packed with nutrients, our recipe is full of nourishing ingredients enhanced with collagen. Our green smoothie tastes delicious and also provides essential nourishment from within.

Ingredients:
1 cup fresh spinach leaves
1 cup chopped kale leaves (stems removed)
1/2 avocado
1 cup diced pineapple (fresh or frozen)
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup coconut water
1 scoop collagen powder
Method:
- Add the spinach, kale, pineapple, banana, coconut water, and collagen powder to a blender.
- Blend on high speed until the ingredients are well combined and the smoothie reaches your desired consistency.
- If the smoothie is too thick, you can add more coconut water to reach the desired consistency.
- Once blended, pour the green smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.
- Enjoy this collagen-enhanced green smoothie as a healthy breakfast or snack option.
