Ginger Tumeric Latte

Glow-Boosting Turmeric and Ginger Latte

This warming, anti-inflammatory latte is packed with curcumin and gingerol to help fight inflammation and support radiant skin.

Ingredients:

cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp fresh grated ginger (or 1/4 tsp ground ginger)
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp raw honey or maple syrup
  • Pinch of black pepper (enhances turmeric absorption)

Instructions:

  1. Heat the almond milk in a small saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Whisk in turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, and black pepper.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in honey or maple syrup.
  4. Pour into a mug and enjoy!
