
Glow-Boosting Turmeric and Ginger Latte
This warming, anti-inflammatory latte is packed with curcumin and gingerol to help fight inflammation and support radiant skin.

Ingredients:
cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp fresh grated ginger (or 1/4 tsp ground ginger)
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp raw honey or maple syrup
- Pinch of black pepper (enhances turmeric absorption)
Instructions:
- Heat the almond milk in a small saucepan over medium heat.
- Whisk in turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, and black pepper.
- Remove from heat and stir in honey or maple syrup.
- Pour into a mug and enjoy!
