Melatonin Magic Sleep Tonic

 This melatonin-boosting bedtime drink is designed to calm your nervous system, balance blood sugar, and naturally enhance sleep quality—all while tasting like a cozy, nutty, cherry-infused dream.

Best Time to Drink: 30–60 minutes before bed to allow your body to absorb the nutrients and trigger melatonin production.

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup tart cherry juice  (rich in natural melatonin)

  • ½ frozen banana  (provides magnesium + tryptophan)

  • 1 tbsp almond butter  (healthy fats to sustain blood sugar)

  • 1 tbsp ground walnuts (melatonin + omega-3s for brain support)

  • 1 tbsp rolled oats or cooked quinoa (slow-release carbs to aid sleep)

  • 1 cup warm almond or oat milk (comforting and melatonin-friendly)

  • ¼ tsp cinnamon  (balances blood sugar and adds warmth)

  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract (for a hint of natural sweetness)

Instructions:

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.

  2. Heat gently on the stove or microwave until warm but not boiling.
