Our favourite cherry smoothie inspired by Sophia Richie Grainge and Erewhon
Bursting with vitamins and protective antioxidants, cherries are certainly good for us. So when Sophia Richie Grainge developed her signature smoothie for Erewhon and it was full of delicious cherry goodness, we were in and inspired to see what we could create in our own kitchen.
Here's our take on Sophia Richie Grainge's smoothie.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup of frozen cherries
1/2 cup pineapple
1 cup pure cherry juice
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1/3 cup plain kefir
1/2 tsp NAC powder
1 tbs organic maple syrup (optional)
Method:
Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
