
Sleepytime Tart Cherry Tea
Ingredients:

1 cup tart cherry juice (rich in natural melatonin)

1 cup hot water

1 chamomile tea bag (calming + anti-inflammatory)

1/2 tsp cinnamon (regulates blood sugar for steady sleep)

1/2 tsp raw honey (a natural source of tryptophan)

1 slice fresh ginger (aids digestion + relaxation)

A pinch of nutmeg (mild sedative effect)
Instructions:

Steep the chamomile tea bag in hot water for 5 minutes.

Warm the tart cherry juice gently (don’t boil!).

Combine the tea and cherry juice in a mug.

Stir in cinnamon, honey, ginger, and nutmeg.

Sip 30–60 minutes before bed for deep, restorative sleep.
Bonus Tip: For an extra magnesium boost, add a teaspoon of almond butter on the side or blend it into a warm latte version!
