Ingredients:

1 cup coconut water

Juice of 1/2 a lemon

1/4 cup orange juice

200 mg magnesium powder (preferably chelate)

1/4 teaspoon of sea salt

1/2 cup of water or sparkling water
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients together in a glass. Serve immediately with ice as desired.
